USI Insurance Services buys up insurance agency 2020

Only a few months have surpassed on the grounds that USI Insurance Services announced its acquisition of a South Carolina-based insurance plan organisation and now, the brokerage giant is at it again. This time, the bought business is Tennessee-based Full Service Insurance Agency.

Full Service Insurance was once centered in 1975 and specializes in industrial insurance, worker benefits, and private risk solutions for organizations and individuals. Terms of the transaction have been not disclosed.


This deal will help USI to increase its competencies in all three areas of Full Service Insurance’s expertise, while putting forward the broker’s “commitment to handing over an unparalleled stage of provider and expertise to our purchasers at some stage in Tennessee,” referred to Tom Longhta, USI regional CEO.

For Full Service Insurance, joining forces with USI is an “exciting milestone,” according to the agency’s president Paul Pratt, Jr.
